Link Wojciech Ryglewicz, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland, is the data controller. Contact: clockwork@link2incube.com. NIP: 7811160296; REGON: 634171647.
Data collected
We collect the information entered in enquiry and pricing forms, including name, business email, country, ownership profile, proposed activity, timing, service requirements and consent records. Technical security logs may also be processed.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to requests, provide pricing, take steps toward a contract, perform services, meet legal and KYC obligations, secure the site, and pursue or defend claims. Direct follow-up after the pricing gate is based on the visitor’s explicit consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared only as needed with hosting, database, email, CRM, payment, KYC and e-signature providers, professional advisers and public authorities. Providers outside the EEA must use an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless consent is withdrawn earlier or a longer period is needed for legal obligations or claims. Customer and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Polish law.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Contact clockwork@link2incube.com. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Automated decisions and cookies
The current enquiry process does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Essential browser storage may remember that pricing was unlocked. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies should not be activated without the required consent mechanism.
