For a straightforward ownership structure, the legal check is normally a short document review — not a separate advisory project.
We confirm the company, representatives and beneficial owners — a standard step required by Polish law for providers of company, address and related business services.
Stripe subscription activation is the final onboarding step.
For registered-office and recurring support plans: once the routine check, agreement and Stripe payment are complete, we activate the agreed service within five business days or refund the first service-period fee paid to Link2Incube. Complete documents are required; statutory and non-cancellable third-party costs are excluded. Terms apply.
