All prices are net and VAT is added where applicable. KYC is mandatory. The PLN 21,000 Company Operations package comprises the PLN 7,500 formation and registered-office package plus PLN 13,500 for 12 consecutive months of Standard bookkeeping at the 25% discounted rate. Link2Incube additionally provides a 10-hour legal-advice credit at no extra charge; unused hours expire after 12 months and are not refundable or transferable. Standard bookkeeping limits are stated below. Non-standard articles, sworn translations, apostilles, legalisation, regulated activities and exceptional third-party costs are quoted separately.

A document means one accounting source document, such as a sales invoice, purchase invoice, bank statement or other booked item; the final counting method is confirmed in the engagement terms. Payroll limits refer to employees or contractors processed in the monthly payroll. Enterprise scope and pricing are agreed after an individual assessment. Tax opinions, transfer pricing, audits, representation before authorities, complex international tax work, annual financial statements and corrective work for earlier periods are quoted separately.
