L2Ilink2incubePoland market entry

S24 formation · staged payment · documented transfer

Build the company to your specification.Pay as the work advances.

For eligible standard S24 structures, Link2Incube can form a bespoke Polish limited company as temporary sole shareholder and transfer the shares after registration, final settlement and the required signatures.

Availability depends on S24 eligibility, successful review and signed engagement terms. Registration timing and name acceptance remain subject to the registry court.

One site. Two appropriate entry points.

01 / ADVISORY

I need the route confirmed

Use the public brief for timing, ownership and operating questions. We reply with the practical route before any account or payment is required.

Inside the customer account

A workstream, not an inbox.

Each requirement has an owner, status, deadline and secure destination. Public forms remain limited to qualification information.

01

Identity & access

Verified e-mail and mobile number, password reset and account security managed by a dedicated identity provider.

02

Company specification

Proposed name, shareholders, management board, share capital, PKD activities, representation rules and registered office.

03

Documents & review

Routine customer, authority and beneficial-owner checks plus a controlled document checklist. Sensitive evidence never travels through the public enquiry form.

04

Authorities & signing

Engagement terms, powers of attorney and any one-time translation authority sent through the approved Autenti workflow.

05

Payments

Two disclosed Stripe checkpoints with receipts, status and a clear separation of state fees, third-party costs and Link2Incube fees.

06

Formation & transfer

S24 filing, KRS status, final share-transfer documents and post-transfer filings tracked in one place.

The proposed operating sequence

From verified brief to shareholder handover.

  1. 01

    Choose the route

Continue with the advisory brief when the structure is still uncertain, or request access to the guided S24 workstream when the specification is ready.

  2. 02

    Open the secure account

Provide personal contact details, verify e-mail and mobile, and create account credentials through the managed identity service.

  3. 03

    Specify the company

Complete the structured questionnaire. Link2Incube confirms whether the proposed structure fits the standard S24 route.

  4. 04

    Complete the routine review

Customer, representative, ownership and source-of-funds information is checked before Link2Incube incurs registration costs.

  5. 05

    Confirm authority and first payment

Sign the applicable engagement and powers through Autenti. Stripe Checkout itemises state charges, agreed professional disbursements and the PLN 400 Link2Incube coordination fee.

  6. 06

    Formation by Link2Incube

Link2Incube forms the agreed company as temporary sole shareholder using the approved name, articles, management and business parameters.

  7. 07

    KRS registration and final balance

When the company is visible in KRS, the workspace presents the registry evidence, final service balance and the share-transfer package.

  8. 08

    Transfer and handover

The parties execute the share-transfer agreement in the legally permitted form. The KRS/S24 and CRBR workstreams record the change and complete the agreed handover.

Transparent payment checkpoints

The customer funds defined milestones—not an undefined promise.

PAYMENT 01

Before formation

  • Published state and registry charges
  • Agreed lawyer/PoA and other professional disbursements
  • PLN 400 Link2Incube coordination fee
  • Share capital shown separately where it is part of the route

The checkout must state which items are refundable, which are third-party disbursements and which are earned Link2Incube fees. A customer may also incur tax on the share purchase and other post-transfer costs; these are confirmed for the actual case.

Important legal mechanics

Registration and ownership transfer are separate events.

Temporary ownership. Until the transfer agreement is executed, Link2Incube remains the shareholder and must retain appropriate governance and risk controls.

Actual transfer instrument. The parties transfer the shares by an agreement signed in the form permitted for the company. A registry filing records the change; it does not replace that agreement.

Routine verification first. The customer review is completed before formation costs are incurred. If the review cannot be completed, the route does not proceed.

Case-specific dependencies. Digital signatures, articles, consents, PCC, CRBR, banking and post-registration filings can change the final sequence.

Next step

Tell us the company you want to build.

Until the verified-account integration is activated, the enquiry form is the safe entry point. We will not request identity documents by ordinary form or e-mail.
